How do I cancel my Vixel subscription?
Sign in at drama.vixelai.com, open Account → Plans & billing and cancel renewal in Stripe. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period, so you keep access until that date. The same page lets you update payment, review invoices or switch plans.
I was charged by the App Store or Google Play. Is that Vixel?
Not if the receipt names “AI Video Generator - Vixel” by FENIX MOBILE YAZILIM A.S.. That mobile app, and its website vixel-ai.org, are a separate product, not affiliated with vixelai.com. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions and ask Apple or Google about refunds; we cannot access its accounts or purchases. Vixel bills monthly through Stripe and has no weekly plans. Our own iPhone app, VixelAI: AI Video Creator by Vixel Ai, Inc., is free on the App Store, and its listing shows no in-app purchases (checked November 7, 2026).
Where do I get the official Vixel iPhone app?
Download VixelAI: AI Video Creator, by Vixel Ai, Inc., free from the App Store. It runs on iPhone with iOS 16.4 or later. Check the developer name before you download. You can also use the web app at drama.vixelai.com. There is no official Android app yet.
Is Vixal the same as Vixel?
No. Vixal (vixal.to) is a different AI video product with its own accounts and billing. Vixel AI is at vixelai.com, and the Vixel web app is at drama.vixelai.com.
Can children use Vixel?
Vixel accounts are for adults. Parents, teachers and studios make films for families and children; kids can share ideas and drawings while a grown-up runs the account. Please don’t upload photos, videos or voice recordings of children, or a child’s name, school or location. Drawings, toys, pets and original characters work well.
Is Vixel free?
You can start for free. New accounts receive 150 credits once and can earn up to 50 more on their first production milestones. Image tools work on the Free plan with credits; video tools need the Starter plan or above. Generation uses credits on every plan, and no plan includes unlimited generation.
When do credits reset or expire?
Each paid month adds that plan’s monthly credits. Monthly credits expire at the end of their billing period and do not roll over. Credit packs you buy never expire. The welcome credits on your first paid subscription are granted once and do not renew.
A generation failed or something isn’t working. What should I do?
Check the request estimate and the credit receipts for the project in the app, then try the step again. If it still fails, email support@vixelai.com with your account email, the project link and the time it happened.
How do I contact Vixel support?
Email support@vixelai.com. For billing questions, include the email on your Vixel account. We can help with purchases made at vixelai.com or drama.vixelai.com, not with purchases in other apps.
