    Lock the characters and the look

    Agree on each character’s appearance and the visual style, with reference images where needed. This is what keeps the same person recognizable from shot to shot.

  3. 03

    Generate shot by shot, then edit

    Plan the storyboard, generate the hardest shot first and review each result before moving on. Check the credit estimate before each generation, then assemble the accepted shots into your cut.

Can I use my own script?
Yes. Paste a script or an outline and ask Director to break it into scenes and shots. You review the plan before any images or video are generated.
How long can my film be?
A film is built from many short generated shots, so length depends on how many shots you plan and produce. First films work best at 30–60 seconds; plan a longer film as a series of scenes.
