What is Vixel Stories?
Vixel Stories is Vixel’s playable-story experience. Viewers watch prepared scenes and make choices that lead to another scene or ending. It is an optional part of Vixel, alongside tools for making linear AI short films.
Do I need to make an interactive story to use Vixel?
No. You can begin with an animated story, a short drama or a product film that follows one sequence. Start with a small idea, review the script and shots, and decide later whether audience choices would improve the story.
What changes when a film becomes interactive?
You need to plan the decision points, produce the alternate scenes and review every path to an ending. Branches add production and testing work. The useful question is whether each choice gives the audience a meaningfully different experience.
Will an exported video contain clickable choices?
A normal exported video follows one sequence. Viewer choices need an interactive player and connected scenes. Check the authoring and publishing options available in your workspace before planning an interactive release.
Can viewers try a story without an account?
Access depends on the published title. Some examples support guest access; other stories may ask you to sign in or meet an access requirement. Check the selected story’s current entry screen.
How much does making a film cost?
Image and video generation uses credits. The total depends on the shots, generation settings and retries, including any alternate scenes. Review current plans and the cost shown before generating; making a story interactive is not a promise of a fixed production price.
Will every story remember my choices across sessions?
Do not assume that it will. A playable story can use choices within its own scenes and endings. Persistent character memory belongs to the separate Worlds experience and is not a promise for every film or story.
